As an Agency Development Manager, Jared specializes in broker partnerships, providing benefits for large employers, and building a strong team of successful sales agents. He has been in the insurance industry for the better half of a decade and has had great success in sales and team building at every level.

Jared was awarded Rookie of the Year in 2021 and plans to use his experience to coach his team to the same success. He is passionately building a team that will take over the PNW in the next few years and dominate the Voluntary Benefits marketplace.

Jared is a big baseball and golf fan – in the summers you will catch him in the Champion’s Club at a Spokane Indians game or searching the ponds for shanked golf balls. His parents moved out to Spokane to be closer to him and his sister, where he and his dad found a passion for fishing and playing in a pool league together.

If there’s one quote that embodies his coaching style, it would be, "If you are the smartest person in the room, you are in the wrong room". Jared strives to learn more and get better every single day from everyone around him.
